Common questions about pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards via Creem, our payment provider. Card details are processed by Creem and never stored on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from the dashboard; the new plan takes effect once payment is confirmed. We do not offer a downgrade path — instead, you can cancel anytime from your dashboard and your plan reverts to the Free plan immediately when cancellation is processed. We do not offer partial refunds — see our Refund Policy.
What happens when I exceed my plan's site limit?
You will be notified when you reach 80% of your plan's site limit. Once you exceed the limit, you can still view your existing sites and their history, but adding new sites will be paused until you upgrade or remove an existing site.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
We do not offer a separate free trial. Instead, every account starts on the Free plan, which includes 2 sites and SSL/DNS/domain monitoring. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time, and if it does not work out, our 7-day money-back guarantee covers you.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or open source?
Yes. Registered non-profits and qualifying open-source projects can request a 30% discount on any paid plan. Contact support with proof of status to apply.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing saves you approximately 17% compared to paying monthly. For example, the Pro plan is $15.9/month or $159/year (effectively $13/month).
